Reavis wants to return to Ohio State

C.J. Reavis visited Ohio State over the summer and he's hoping to return to Columbus.
It's probably not a matter of if, only when. It's clear that Reavis has a lot of interest in the Buckeyes. Urban Meyer's program has reciprocated that interest. They just haven't offered yet.

What's not clear is how an offer from the Buckeyes might change things. Most seem to believe Virginia Tech is in very good shape early with schools like North Carolina trailing. But earlier in the process Reavis insinuated than an offer from Ohio State would catapult the Big Ten program to the top of his list.
He didn't say anything about that this week but he did mention the school.
"I'm going to try to get out to an Ohio State game but it will be tough," he said, acknowledging that the season is already winding down and planning long trips isn't easy. "The only game I went to so far was the Virginia Tech-Georgia Tech game."
That was the Hokies' season-opener, of course. Virginia Tech is still in great shape, he said. But there's a lot more competition for the 6-foot, 191-pound safety from Chester (Va.) Thomas Dale than there once was. And that competition is only going to get tougher.
"I'm getting a lot of SEC mail coming in from places like Tennessee, LSU and Vanderbilt," he said. "I could definitely see myself playing there."
Reavis had been planning to attend North Carolina 's game against Virginia Tech this year but he had to cancel that trip to Chapel Hill.
