Newport News (Va.) Gloucester quarterback Tommy Reamon Jr. claims five scholarships. Currently one of those is standing out to the 6-foot-2, 195-pounder.
"Right now I really like East Carolina, that's the one I'm really looking at," he said. "I went down there for camp and the conversations I had with the coaches, they were real straight up with me. I also got to talk to the players and they had good things to say and kept it real."
The three-star prospect holds offers from Missouri, Buffalo, Northern Illinois and Old Dominion.
One other school is still in touch with Reamon Jr.
"I've heard some words from North Carolina and I'm waiting to see where that goes."
Practice is underway for Gloucester as they prepare for an August 30th kickoff.
"It's going really good," he said. "We've got Hampton as our first game this year and practice has been intense.
"I've seen an improvement in my skill. I'm making throws I couldn't last year and my knowledge of plays and reads is a lot better."
