Reagan close to finalizing visit list

Idalou, Texas athlete Shae Reagan has almost completed his visit schedule now that his season has come to a close.
“I’ve set two other trips than what you had before,” the 6-foot-3, 230-pound Reagan said. “And, I’m close to a fifth one being set.”

Reagan’s two new visits are a Jan. 9 trip to Texas Tech and a Jan. 16 trip to Nebraska. He had previously set a Dec. 5 trip to Oklahoma State and a Dec. 12 visit to Texas A&M.
“I am talking to K-State about a visit on Dec. 19,” the three-star rated Reagan said. “I’m pretty sure we’ll get that finalized. I just talked to Coach Stanley from there tonight. If for some reason we don’t get it set up, I’m also talking to Wisconsin and TCU. So, it will be one of those three for the visit.”
Reagan is being recruited as an athlete at most of the schools, but a few are mentioning specific positions.
“Texas A&M has really pointed out they would like me as a linebacker or possibly a tight end,” he said. “Nebraska has said quarterback too or an athlete. I really don’t have a preference as to where I play.”
Idalou’s season came to a close last week as they finished with an 8-3 record. Reagan’s season ended a few weeks ago with a knee injury.
“I got hurt at the beginning of district play,” he said. “My knee is healing up fine. It will be fine in time for me to get back out on the field.”
