Rivals250 defensive tackle Darnell Ewell is one of the most coveted prospects in the country. He has an expansive offer sheet but announced a top five of Ohio State, Michigan, Alabama, Clemson and Notre Dame. The Buckeyes are Ewell's top school and the favorite to eventually land his commitment. Michigan's recent rise under Jim Harbaugh and quality education are the main reason for Ewell's interest in the Wolverines. Alabama's history of producing top defensive linemen has caught Ewell's eye. He likes how close to Clemson is to his family. Growing up, Ewell really liked Notre Dame. He is going to plan out visits after camp season is over, but a decision could come at any time.

DB DEVON HUNTER

Lots of schools are involved with Rivals100 safety Devon Hunter. The Chesapeake (Va.) Indian River star hasn't narrowed down his list yet but schools such as Alabama, Virginia Tech, Clemson and Florida are going to continue to be a big part of his recruitment. Hunter wants to do more research on Notre Dame, Michigan, Michigan State, Georgia, Oregon, USC, UCLA and Auburn. He will visit Virginia Tech for the Hokies' spring game next weekend. Hunter will announce a top 10 during the season and make his decision later in the process.

DL JORDAN WILLIAMS

Offers came in bunches for Rivals250 defensive end Jordan Williams. He's made the trip from Virginia Beach (Va.) Cox to a number of schools. Williams most recently visited Virginia Tech and the Hokies are in great position to land his commitment. Tennessee and Clemson are also two of the three big schools for Williams. Georgia, Florida, Notre Dame and USC will likely get visits from Williams before he commits on Sept. 24.

DB DERREK PITTS

Four-star Derrek Pitts is currently the top-rated player in what could turn out to be the best class from West Virginia ever. The defensive back out of Charleston (W.V.) South Charleston seems to be favoring Oklahoma, Penn State, Florida, Clemson, Maryland, West Virginia and a few others. He doesn't have any visits planned right now but did go to Penn State for the Nittany Lions' spring game. Pitts wants to check out Florida, Clemson, Tennessee, West Virginia and a few other programs. He hopes to announce a top 10 by the end of the summer and will commit on National Signing Day.

DL ERIC CROSBY

Tennessee and Virginia Tech are Rivals250 defensive tackle Eric Crosby's final two schools. Both schools hosted the Virginia Beach (Va.) Ocean Lakes stand out within the past month or so and he is set to commit on April 22. Virginia Tech and Hokie fans are hoping he decides to stay in his home state but many in Knoxville feel confident.

DB JERMANI BROWN

Rivals100 defensive back Jermani Brown moved from Calabasas, Calif. a few months ago and is starting to find his groove at Midlothian, Va. The Arizona State commit has visited Virginia, Virginia Tech and Penn State since his move but really wants to get back to Tempe. Virginia Tech defensive backs coach Brian Mitchell piqued Brown's interested but they haven't had much contact. Brown also hopes to visit Nebraska, Michigan State and Notre Dame if possible.

DB DAVONDRE ROBINSON

Rivals100 defensive back Davondre Robinson has a long offer sheet but it looks like the Santee (S.C.) Lake Marion star's recruitment will boil down to an in-state battle. Clemson and South Carolina are working hard to lock Robinson down but Tennessee is still in the game as well.

LB TERADJA MITCHELL (2018)

Rivals100 linebacker Teradja Mitchell is one of the most offered players in the 2018 class. His most recent offers are from Oklahoma and Notre Dame. Maryland, Florida State, Tennessee, Virginia Tech, North Carolina and a few others have hosted the Virginia Beach (Va.) Bishop Sullivan star recently. Mitchell hopes to get to Florida, Michigan, Ohio State and LSU this offseason. Tennessee and Florida State will likely get visits again this summer.

DL KJ HENRY (2018)

Rivals100 defensive end KJ Henry has a bunch of offers already and more schools will offer soon. North Carolina is hoping the sophomore follows on the footsteps of 2015 Rivals100 defensive end Jalen Dalton, his former teammate at Clemmons (N.C.) West Forsyth. Henry just visited Chapel Hill for the Tar Heels spring game. Clemson is also doing a very good job with him but only time will tell how this one will play out.

The Shelby, N.C. native has taken a lot of visits over the past few months to schools such as Notre Dame, Clemson and others. Hollifield visited North Carolina on Saturday for their spring game and will visit Wake Forest and Virginia Tech in the coming weeks. He also wants to visit Georgia soon. South Carolina, Notre Dame and Tennessee are three schools he really wants offers from.

LB MATTHEW BAUER (2018)

Over the years Erie (Pa.) Cathedral Prep has produced its fair share of top level talent but 2018 Rivals100 linebacker Matthew Bauer seems like he could be the best one in a while. Penn State and Maryland are among his most recent offers. Bauer said visits to Michigan, Notre Dame and Stanford are in the works.

DL BREYON GADDY

Nebraska is the latest offer for big time 2017 defensive tackle Breyon Gaddy. Tennessee, Miami, Penn State, Florida State, Clemson and Michigan stand out to the Virginia Beach (Va.) Bishop Sullivan product. He liked his visit to North Carolina on Saturday and is going to visit Tennessee again this summer. Gaddy and his brother Brandon want to go to the same school. They will narrow their lists down to a top five before the season.

DL BRANDON GADDY

Notre Dame, Clemson, Florida State, Miami and Tennessee are some of the schools that stick out to 2017 defensive lineman Brandon Gaddy from Virginia Beach (Va.) Bishop Sullivan. He just visited North Carolina and will check out Tennessee again this summer. Gaddy and his brother Breyon want to go to the same school. They will narrow their lists down to a top five before the season.

DL XACH GILL

Wake Forest, N.C. defensive tackle Xach Gill is talking to UCLA, Virginia, Mississippi State, N.C. State and North Carolina the most right now. He doesn't have any visits set up right now but he is starting to narrow his list down. Expect a commitment during or just after the season.

DB JACOBE CLEMENT

Charlotte (N.C.) Mallard Creek defensive back Jacobe Clement has Tennessee, North Carolina and Wake Forest standing out right now. Georgia and South Carolina have told him they will be coming to check him out during the spring. Offers from either one could boost them up towards the top of his list. Clement is planning visits to East Carolina, Tennessee and North Carolina for the near future.

DL MATTHEW BUTLER

DB MADISON CONE

Kernersville (N.C.) East Forsyth defensive back Madison Cone currently holds offers from Mississippi State, Virginia Tech, Wisconsin, Duke, Boston College and Wake Forest. He hasn't had a chance to take many out of state visits but he will visit Wisconsin at the end of the month.

DL ZION DEBOSE

North Carolina, Duke, East Carolina, and Charlotte have offered Spencer (N.C.) North Rowan defensive end Zion Debose. He is in the process of planning visits to Vanderbilt and Northwestern.

DL NANA ASIEDU (2018)

Nana Asiedu out of Stafford (Va.) North Stafford currently holds offers from Virginia, Maryland and N.C. State. He is fairly new to football and still figuring out which position he will play but there are plenty of schools monitoring his development.

State, Syracuse and a few others. At 6-foot-5, 220-pounds, Kingsley's potential is limitless and dozens of other schools will offer in the future.

DB KHALID MARTIN (2019)

Another big-time defensive back at Kernersville (N.C.) East Forsyth is Khalid Martin. The 2019 prospect already has offers from Wisconsin, Wake Forest and Illinois. He doesn't have any visits coming up but he is one to keep an eye on.
