RB Williams sets first official

After an impressive performance at the Miami Nike Camp, running back Bo Williams out of Oakland Park (Fla.) Northeast has picked up a couple new offers and even scheduled his first official visit. Who did the 6-foot-1, 203-pounder get his latest scholarships from and where is Williams headed in September?
"I picked up offers from Ole Miss and Arizona State," he said. "It's great that they decided to offer me and I like getting offers from anyone. At this time I really don't know a lot about either of the schools.

"Meanwhile, I have decided to schedule an official visit to Nebraska for September 8th. I have built a good relationship with coach Elmassian there and I've decided to give them a chance. I want to check them out as soon as possible to see what they can offer me."
Williams holds offers from approximately 13 programs including West Virginia, Kentucky, North Carolina State, Boston College, Pittsburgh, Louisville, Ole Miss, Arizona State, UCF, Connecticut, Nebraska and more. At the moment, four schools are leading for his services.
"I like UCF, Pittsburgh, North Carolina State and Nebraska a lot," he said. "I went to Central Florida recently and was stunned by the campus and new facilities. They are the only school in the state that has indoor facilities and they were very nice. All the coaches were great too and they told me that currently all their running backs are seniors and they have one junior meaning I'd have a good chance to start right away if I went there.
"Meanwhile, I like Pittsburgh because they run the ball a lot and Dave Wannstedt is a good coach. The Steelers are also my favorite NFL team. I'm still keeping North Carolina State up there since they were the first team to offer me and Nebraska has a history of running the ball and good teams."
The Florida running back was particularly happy with his performance a couple weeks ago at the Nike Camp in Miami.
"I think I shocked a lot of people there," he said. "I was very surprised with myself because my coaches and parents have been pushing me hard to do my best and I think I did.
"I ran one of the fastest 40 times at camp with a 4.45-second 40. I also did my personal best posting 15 bench reps. I think I really made a statement and proved that I not only have elusive straight ahead speed, but I can go side to side too with my impressive 4.0-second shuttle. I was really happy with my day and at the end I was the only running back named to the Hot 11."
Williams plans to attend the Pittsburgh summer camp.
Last season he accounted for over 800 yards of offense and four touchdowns.
