At this time, Williams holds offers from Middle Tennessee and East Carolina.
"I've been talking a lot more to Middle Tennessee than East Carolina."
While those programs have scholarships out, the tailback claims two other schools are very interested.
"A couple are showing a lot of interest, Ball State and Arkansas," he said. "Arkansas said they are going to try to get me in. Right now my grades weren't that good and they are saying if they can get me into school they'll offer. I'm getting close, I should be straight this upcoming year."
With colleges picking up, Williams is looking for a few things in his future home.
"I want to go to a good running school and just a good overall atmosphere, I want a lot of support from the fans. I want somewhere that will help me get through school and help me in my future if I don't make it to the league."
