RB Taking In Game This Weekend

West Orange (N.J.) Seton Hall Prep running back Andre Callender is headed for an important unofficial visit this weekend.
Callender will take an unofficial visit to Boston College on Saturday Oct. 19 to watch the Eagles take on Navy. Andre is one of the top backs in the Northeast and so far this season he has rushed for 700 yards on 70 carries and five touchdowns.

The 5-foot-11, 190-pound speedster does not have any of his five official visits set up at this time, but he does know who his five favorites are.
“I’ll start to set my visits up very soon. I’m pretty sure that I’ll be making official visits to Boston College, Clemson, Michigan State, Penn State and North Carolina, they are my favorites.”
With great vision, 4.45-second speed in the 40-yard dash and a 10.4-second 100-meter time, and the power to run between the tackles, Callender is the complete package. Many college programs have had Andre on the top of their list for a long time. With more than 20 scholarship offers, Callender is in no rush to make a decision.
“I understand it’s getting a little late in the process as far as setting up trips. I plan on having my visits set by the end of October. I might set up my official with BC when I’m at the Navy game.”
Does Andre have a leader?
“I guess my top three would be Michigan State, Penn State and BC at this time. All three of them have been recruiting me hard and I like the coaching staffs at those schools. They are three teams that have excellent football programs and the academics at all three are top-notch and that’s important to me.”
There is a chance that Andre could commit early. Early visits to his top three might just close the door before the end of January.
