Chesapeake (Va.) Grassfield junior tailback Vincent Lowe is sitting on two scholarships. The 5-foot-7, 175-pounder is waiting for more offers as his interest picks up.
"I have the two offers and a lot of teams looking at me now," he said. "I'm waiting for spring. Cincinnati is the big school sending handwritten mail. I'm also getting interest from Virginia Tech, Virginia, Georgia, Nebraska, Wisconsin and Maryland.
"Maryland has talked about an offer at one point, but I kind of lost communication with them. I'm thinking once spring hits it'll pick back up."
Lowe claims a couple schools stick out a bit, but he's open.
"I like Virginia Tech, that's the school I've been to," he said. "Facility wise, Maryland is good too. I haven't really been to other schools yet though. In the spring I'll take visits and I'll figure out more about the school I want to go to."
Lowe saw his season shorted due to injury, but still earned first team all-district and region at cornerback and second team athlete.
Currently, Lowe is ranked No. 1 in the U.S. in the 55-meter in track after running a 6.93 time on Friday.
