RB LeMay to check out UNC

This weekend, junior running back Benjamin LeMay of Matthews (N.C.) Butler will be visiting North Carolina.
"I want to see them produce," said the 5-foot-9, 201-pound LeMay. "They have really shown everything that I need to see. They have a lot of talent over there and all they can do is to keep rolling. I just want to go there and find out more stuff about them."

LeMay does not have a favorite school, but he does like a lot of schools. The schools he really likes right now are Clemson, Charlotte, Michigan State, Mississippi State, Auburn, North Carolina, Ohio State, Penn State and N.C. State.
Clemson, Michigan State and Auburn are the ones LeMay spoke very highly of.
"I like the way they coach them at Clemson and instill the fundamentals that you need to be productive at the next level," he said. "I like the coaches as well. I really like the Michigan State coaches, but I have not been up there for a visit yet. I have always been a Michigan State fan and how they use their running backs. The coaches have built a good relationship between the coaches and the players. I really like the Auburn offense and how it can fit my running style and me. I really like that they do things over there and the tradition that they carry."
Charlotte was the first school to offer him a scholarship. He received that scholarship offer in May.
"Coach Lambert is a really good coach," LeMay said. "They started the football team around two years ago and I really like what they are doing over there. I feel like within the next couple of years they could be a top contender in Conference USA."
LeMay's most recent visit was to Charlotte two weeks ago.
"It was great," he said. "Even though they lost, they played hard and that's a good thing. I felt like they had a chance to win. I always like showing up there and seeing what they are doing. I came away with more information about the school and bonding with the coaches."
LeMay has 1,400 rushing yards and 25 rushing touchdowns this season.
