RB Infante is looking for more offers

Running back Chris Infante is a sleeper prospect out of Switwater (Pa.) Pocono Mountain West. The 6-foot-0, 207-pounder with 4.5-second speed has performed well as Pocono has improved to a 3-5 record this season.
"The season is going pretty good. I've run for 920 yards and 10 touchdowns," he said. "I'm really not that happy about my performance as I think my vision and overall strength need to be improved more. I also need to make more open-field moves and get myself open more. I can tell I have improved my power, speed and I'm a lot more nimble now too.

"Our team has come a long way after a difficult 1-9 season last year. We're pushing hard this season and hopefully we'll be able to finish with a 5-5 mark."
Recruiting hasn't changed too much for the two-star prospect.
"I've got the offer from Akron still, but I've been talking to and sent films to Villanova, Albany, Syracuse, West Virginia, Fordham and others. I know my coach is sending out films everywhere," he said. "In the next couple weeks, I'm looking at taking an unofficial visit to Syracuse as I want to get a chance to meet the coach and talk to them in hopes of an offer."
Currently Infante doesn't have a favorite.
"I'm pretty wide open as I'm hearing from a lot of schools still," he said. "I just want to find a school that has a good political science program and a team that is dedicated to winning."
