RB Hughes isnt in a hurry

Elizabeth, New Jersey all-purpose back Elijah Hughes is heading into his senior season with three scholarship offers and he seems to be very content with the situation he finds himself in.
The 5-foot-8, 170-pound back from the Garden State has an offer from Towson and two Big XII schools that aren't well-known for recruiting the east coast.

"Towson offered me after I came back from camp. They offered me as a running back," Hughes explained.
"Kansas gave me an offer after the Badger 7-on-7 thing. They gave me a verbal offer. They just need my transcripts and SAT scores and then they'll make the offer official.
"Kansas State offered, too. That was crazy to me. They both said the same thing. They both wanted to offer me for football and track."
Does he have any thoughts on the two Kansas schools?
"Honestly I don't really know a lot about them but they play in a tough conference," Hughes said. "I like playing tough competition.
"As the season goes on and I get more offers they'll probably be in the running because of the conference they play in."
Over the summer Hughes visited Towson, Temple, Rutgers and Syracuse. He said he is very interested in all four of those schools and doesn't seem to be in a hurry to make a decision.
"I can't really say I liked one the most. They were all pretty good," he said.
