RB Huggins no closer to decision

Four-star running back Savon Huggins has set his decision date for Friday and still has a few schools on his list although most people think it will come down to a local favorite and an out-of-state program. However, one thing is for sure -- don't expect him to tip his hand before then.
Wendell Huggins, the prospect's father, spoke to Rivals.com and indicated that no further progress has been made towards a decision.

The 6-foot-0, 190-pound back recently said he plans on making his decision known on Friday, but as of Tuesday no decision has been made.
"It's still up in the air," Huggins' father said. "All I can say it wait 'til Friday. We're just thinking it over and talking it over. That's where we're at."
When asked whether any coaches will be coming by to visit this week Huggins father said they would not.
"Everything is shut down," he said.
Huggins has taken official visits to Notre Dame, North Carolina, Auburn, Michigan State and Rutgers. Most believe his decision will ultimately come down to North Carolina and Rutgers with confidence very low in Auburn, fading at Notre Dame and never very high at Michigan State.
Huggins is ranked as the No. 7 running back in the country and is the top player in the state of New Jersey.
