RB Foster verbals to Wisconsin

Oak Lawn, Ill. running back prospect Dion Foster (5-foot-9, 180 pounds) has ended his recruiting process, and Foster called the Wisconsin coaching staff tonight and gave them his verbal commitment.

“I called the Wisconsin coaches tonight and gave them my verbal commitment," Dion Foster said. “I pretty much knew from the beginning that I wanted to go to Wisconsin, so I decided to end my recruiting and I verballed to the Badgers."

"I choose Wisconsin for both academics as well as the overall strength of the football program. Wisconsin offered the best combination of both for me. I really wanted to make my decision now so that I can focus on my senior year. I talked it over with my family as well as with my coach, and I figured why wait any longer."

"My family was with me when I called the Wisconsin coaches tonight, and they are totally geeked about Wisconsin. I'm very thrilled to become a part of the Wisconsin program."
