the Reagan Bulldogs on August 31st.
Albert has been contacted by over 30 schools and has
been extended over 20 offers, including such notable schools
as Penn State, Texas, Arkansas, Colorado, Michigan,
Nebraska and Louisiana State.
Who is recruiting the hardest? “Maybe Texas and LSU,”
Hardy said. “I hear a lot from Nebraska but, I don’t
know, I heard that they want me as a fullback, so that
is why they are not in my top 5.”
His lists his current top five as Texas, Louisiana State,
Michigan, Colorado and Arkansas.
He rated them with 1=’I’ve heard from them’ to
10=’I’ve committed to them’:
Texas (7) – “Texas is probably my favorite.”
LSU (5) – “I went to their one day camp and their
recruiting me pretty hard.”
Michigan (4) – “They send me letters all the time. I
used to have other teams, you know, like Florida up
there, but they stopped staying in touch.”
Colorado (3) – “I got interested in Colorado, because
they just started contacting me a lot.”
Arkansas (3) – “They were the first to call, but I
don’t hear from them.”
Albert hasn’t set up any visits but plans to visit his
current top five after his football season is over.
