RB Alston has a leader

It's been almost a month since we've heard from Greensboro (N.C.) Page running back Remene Alston. Over that time, the 5-foot-8, 180-pounder with 4.4-second speed has broken out and stockpiled yards.
"The last two weeks I've had pretty good games," he said. "Two weeks ago I ran for 273 yards and four touchdowns and last weekend I had 256 yards and two touchdowns. I still think I could be doing better mainly in my pass blocking.

"Our team is doing fine, we're 3-5 on the season and we just beat Smith and no one really expected us to. We've already upset a people twice this year so I think we're doing alright."
As for recruiting not much has changed for the three-star back.
"No one else is really talking about an offer and I still hold the ones from Kentucky, North Carolina State and East Carolina," he said. "I guess I'd say that Kentucky is my No. 1 school because they stay in contact with me the most. I also like coach Heggins. He's a great guy and has talked to me a lot, he even stopped by my school recently."
