RB Adams recaps Pitt visit

Pittsburgh recently hosted Josh Adams, one of the top players in the state. The Warrington (Pa.) Central Bucks South star had some good things to say about the visit.
"We started the visit on Saturday morning with a tour of the weight room, the practice field and the facilities," said the 6-foot-3, 210-pound Adams. "After that they took us on a tour of the campus and we got to watch the team practice a little bit. We got to eat with the team before heading back home. It was a full day but a great visit."

The Panther coaching staff is working hard to get Adams to join their team.
"The coaches talked about their plans for the future and how they thought about me," he said. "They were glad that I got to come up there and see the place and hang with the team a little bit. They also talked about their plans going forward and trying to get me to be part of the process and helping me build a relationship with the coaches."
This was not the first time Adams had been to Pittsburgh and seen their campus.
"I've been to Pittsburgh before so I was familiar with the city," Adams said. "The campus is great, really traditional and we saw a lot stuff I haven't seen before. It was great weather when we were up there so we got to walk around a little bit and I thought it was a great experience."
Adams is planning another trip down the line.
"The evaluation period just started so it's been a little slow," he said. "I'm looking forward to visiting a couple more schools. I'm going up to Notre Dame some time in June. We were going to go up there some time in May but we had to reschedule because all the coaches weren't going to be there. I'm just taking it slow and enjoying the process."
Penn State, Stanford and Boston College are just a few of the other schools that have offered Adams.
