Ray Jr. talks timetable

"I have ten offers so far," Ray said. "The most recent one was Central Michigan."

When asked to name the schools he is interested in, Ray said, "Iowa State, Boston College, Northern Illinois, Colorado State, Kentucky, Miami of Ohio, Akron, and Bowling Green.
"I don't have a favorite at the moment."
Ray would like to take at least a few trips before selecting a college.
"My timetable now is the middle of the football season," he said. "I want to make a few official visits, then make a decision.
"I haven't decided who to visit yet."
The 6-foot-2 and 297-pound Ray played a big part in his team's 13-1 record during his junior season. Mount Carmel is primarily a running team and Ray led the charge as his team won 13 straight games before a loss in the state championship game.
