Ratcliff still high on the Horns
Houston (Texas) Jersey Village tight end. Gabe Ratcliff has three official visits yet to take before making a decision.
“I’ve got trips to Colorado, North Carolina and TCU set for next month,” the 6-foot-3, 230-pound Ratcliff said. “I’m not ready to make a decision yet. I want to see those schools and then make a decision.”

The three-star rated tight end will be traveling to Colorado on Jan. 9 and following that up with a trip to TCU (Jan. 16) and concluding the month with a Jan. 23 trip to Chapel Hill.
“I am planning on taking all of the trips before I sit down and try and make a college choice. I want to see what each of the schools has to offer when I am on the visits. I also want to find out which place I have the best chance to get on the field. That will be a big factor for me.”
Ratcliff already has taken official visits to Missouri and Texas.
“I don’t have a scholarship offer from Texas yet,” he said. “The others have offered me. Texas is still at the top of my list. I don’t really have an order of the other schools.”
