Rasshan getting closer to final decision

Pomona (Calif.) Garey quarterback Osaar Rasshan was the first player to commit to UCLA for the class of 2005. He recently decided to open things up a bit in his recruitment before narrowing his choices down to the Bruins and San Diego State.
Rasshan, 6-4, 200 pounds is one of the most athletic quarterbacks in the West region and a standout in basketball and baseball along with football.

"I haven't made my final decision yet, but I'm leaning to UCLA," Rasshan said. "Coach Tedford from Cal visited me and I also talked to Coach Snyder at Kansas State but I'm only thinking about UCLA and SDSU right now.
"It wasn't that I felt I committed too early to UCLA, I just wanted to make sure of my decision and to do that, I felt it was important to look at some other schools to make sure UCLA was the best fit for me. The coaches knew what I was doing and they were fine with it. San Diego State was cool and I like Coach Craft a lot but I'm close to solidifying everything to UCLA.
"Coach Bienimy will be coming to the house this week and that will be my final home visit. I'm not sure if he's coming tomorrow or Thursday but when he comes in, I'll probably make my final decision to UCLA at that time."
