Rams, Tigers offer Bell

If you can play, college recruiters will find you - even in the small town of Hitchcock, Texas. Hitchcock tight end/defensive end Josh Bell has visited with over a dozen college coaches this week and has received offers from Missouri and Colorado State to date.
"It's been a busy week," he said. "I've seen everyone from Arkansas to Syracuse. I'm excited to see Coach Coker of Miami on Friday."

According to Bell (6-7, 240-pounds), his favorites have changed from a few
weeks ago.
"I like Miami, USC, UCLA, Texas, Syracuse and LSU – in that order," he said.
"If I was offered by any of those, I would give a lot of thought to committing."
Bell is also a stand out basketball player for Hitchcock and will be playing in several AAU tournaments this summer.
"I'll be playing with my AAU team and working out all summer," he said. "I've
been really pushing myself in the weight room during the off season."
He says he has gotten his bench press up to 310 pounds and his squat up to 435 pound as a result of his commitment to working out. Bell ranks in the top percent of his junior class and is waiting the results of his SAT.
