Rams know wheres the beef

Louisville (Colo.) Monarch offensive tackle Dan Gury was one of many official visitors this past weekend for Colorado State. The Rams came away impressive to many of the recruits that visited, did they also impress Gury, a 6-foot-6, 300-pound offensive tackle?
“It was awesome,” Gury, ranked as a two-star prospect by Rivals.com, said.

“We had a lot of time to meet with the coaches, and we ate a lot of food. We had these steaks that were pretty big. They were at least 15 ounces. I had two or three of them. That was one of the highlights.”
The other highlights included the city of Ft. Collins. Gury said he really enjoyed his time in the town.
“I’ve been up there a few times, but there is something about the city that I really like,” Gury said.
Up next on the visit list for Gury is a trip to Michigan State next weekend. The Spartans have yet to offer Gury a scholarship, but he’s hoping one comes on the visit.
“That’s kind of what I’m hoping,” he said. “I should be able to visit up there and then come back and make my decision.”
