Rain down to two

Harrisburg (Pa.) Bishop McDevitt offensive guard Quincy Rain has two schools he is still considering, and is ready to visit both schools. There is one obstacle in the way, but he hopes to overcome that soon.
“He is waiting on his SAT results,” commented Quincy’s dad, Ron Kent. “He is supposed have it back within two weeks, and he can’t take any visits until he gets them back. It is something about the NCAA not allowing him to.”

The two schools that are still in the running are Temple and South Carolina State. He is supposed to go to Temple on Jan. 30, and is hoping his test results are in by then. He was scheduled to visit South Carolina State last weekend, but was forced to cancel the trip.
Rain will be a force for whichever school gains his services. At 6-foot-5 and 290 pounds, he runs the 40-yard dash in an impressive 4.97 seconds.
