Ragin gaining more exposure

Johnny Ragin performed well at The Opening in recent weeks and since then the Wilsonville, Ore., outside linebacker has heard from many new schools.
It has been a little quiet in the last week or so but Ragin thinks a lot of college coaches have been on vacation. He's hoping things get busy again as his senior season gets underway.

"Nothing is really new right now and it's probably because the coaches are on vacation but things should pick back up soon," Ragin said.
"My name is getting out there a little bit so I'm getting some more national exposure. A few coaches like most of the Pac-12 want to see me and some are right on the edge of offering so we'll see how things go."
BYU has offered Ragin, a 6-foot-2, 198-pound prospect and he said Oregon and Oregon State have been heavily involved in recent weeks.
The Wilsonville standout said Georgia and Auburn have also been in touch and he expects to talk with Miami and Boston College soon.
Ragin added that most of the Pac-12 is keeping tabs on him and probably want to see the first few games of his senior season before they decide to offer or not.
He's looking forward to the added exposure.
"Things should take off with them pretty soon," Ragin said. "We'll see how things go."
