There was little suspense involved when Rivals250 wide receiver Juwan Johnson committed to Penn State on Sunday. The Glassboro (N.J.) star sealed the deal during his visit to Happy Valley.

"I just felt like I should be there," the 6-foot-4, 205-pound Johnson said. "I felt the chemistry and like I was a part of their family from the moment I walked in. There's nowhere better I could be than Penn State."
Johnson has said numerous times that he had a great relationship with the Penn State coaching staff and that was a big factor in Sunday's decision.
"I have great relationship with the coaches," he said. "It's no better feeling than being at Penn State and they were so excited when I committed."
Everything Johnson saw and did on his visit to Penn State helped him realize that it was the place for him.
"I got to see a lot of things," Johnson said. "I saw the business program which is something I'm very interested in. I also saw the film room, the weight room and everything else.
"I talked to the entire staff and Christian Hackenberg. I talked to him a little bit and how I could fit in the offense. The coaching staff said they need to get someone like me to help out Christian."
Johnson is not sure when he will visit Penn State next.
