R250 WR Harmon names top six

Many colleges have been passing over Rivals250 wide receiver Kelvin Harmon and their time may be running out. The Palmyra, N.J. star released his top six schools Wednesday evening.
North Carolina, N.C. State, Rutgers, South Carolina, Temple and West Virginia have all been rewarded for continuing to recruit Harmon.

North Carolina- "I like the school," said the 6-foot-2, 196-pound Harmon. "It's a very beautiful campus and they got a legendary receivers coach. When I went I went to their camp I liked how he coached me up."
N.C. State- "I like their facilities," he said. "I looked at their dorms. I toured the campus and I liked everything. The coaching staff is good and I really like the head coach."
Rutgers- "They show a lot of love," Harmon said. "I've been up there a lot of times and I feel like I talk to at least one coach a day. I could definitely see myself playing there."
South Carolina- "One of the main reasons I like them is because of Brandon McIlwain," he said. "We play seven-on-seven together so I have a good connection with him. I also like the tradition at South Carolina. They are a good team with winning coaches. The campus was nice. The players and the coaches showed a lot of love when I was down there."
Temple- "I'm interested in Temple because I love the fire the coaching staff has," said Harmon. "They have a good attitude about them. The program is local also."
West Virginia- "I like the recruiting coach," he said. "They are the only school recruiting me on defense and I feel like I might be able to get to the league quicker if I play defense. They're a very good school in the Big 12."
Just because Harmon has a short list does not mean he is close to a decision.
"I think I'm going to get back to N.C. State, South Carolina and definitely Rutgers," Harmon said. "I'm trying to visit all six again. I'm pretty much set with them. I want to take my official visits before I commit."
Harmon doesn't see another school being able to jump into the mix except for Ohio State. He has been in touch with them and they have seen him work out in the past.
