R250 DL to attend UM-UF

Four-star defensive lineman Anthony Moten said he is going to make the short drive from Fort Lauderdale to Miami Gardens this Saturday for the Miami-Florida game.
Moten will be an unofficial visitor, but he is considering the hometown Hurricanes amongst his list of favorites. The one-time Gators pledge is also interested in Florida State, Michigan State, Notre Dame, and South Carolina.

The Rivals250 defender said he knows when he will take one of his visits. Moten stated, "I'm setting one up for Florida State vs. Miami at Florida State. I'm looking forward to seeing the defensive line."
As far as his other trips he doesn't have any other dates set up at this time. He is likely to visit Michigan State with teammate Madre London. Ditto, for South Carolina he will head Columbia with committed teammate Al Harris, Jr. The 6-foot-4, 265-pounder has plans to buddy up with Irish pledge Corey Holmes when Holmes visits South Bend.
He doesn't have a time frame on his decision date, but he wants to announce his choice "soon."
His cousin Michael Moten played at Florida and wanted the St. Thomas standout to attend his alma mater. So, what if Moten selects FSU or Miami?
"He would probably call my parents and ask them what is he doing?" replied Moten. "Florida is the school to go to."
It doesn't sound like he will end up in Gainesville and his cousin will have to root for him wearing a different jersey at the next level. The senior stalwart is fine with that. At this point he wants to make the right decision this time after backing off his Florida pledge this past summer.
