R100 OT reshuffles top five

Rivals100 offensive tackle Michal Menet has a top five but has made some changes to the schools at the top of his list. The Reading (Pa.) Exeter Township Senior stand out had previously announced a top five of Duke, Florida State, Michigan State, Ohio State and Penn State but one school has fallen off the pace.
"Florida State is out and Stanford is in my top five," said the 6-foot-5, 265-pound Menet. "Academically, of course they're at the top of the line and then with football they do pretty well usually. I don't know really specific stuff about them but I'm hoping to go see them. I'm not really sure when yet."

Menet maintains that no school as taken the lead but all five are still in very good position.
"I'm going up to Penn State for their junior day on the 28th," he said. "I'm been keeping in touch with them, mainly coach Hand and coach Spencer. I've up there a couple already so I know what to expect when I get there. I'm trying to build relationships with people.
"I was up at Ohio State for the Cincinnati game last year," Menet said. "It's pretty much the same thing as Penn State. I'm trying to build up my relationships there and really get to know some of the people.
"I'm continuing to build my relationships with Michigan State also," he said. "I'm in basketball season right now so I can't really go on too many visits but I like what I've seen there and I'm excited to get back up there.
"I'm very excited for how Duke's program is turning around," said Menet. "I really think some of the fan base is starting to play more attention to football along with basketball. They're doing some good things with the stadium. Academically, it's a great school. They have just as good a shot as anyone else."
Other than his visit to Penn State at the end of the month, Menet does not have any other visits planned but a decision date could be getting closer.
"I'm not going to rush it or anything. I would like to have it all said and done by the time the season starts that way I can just focus on playing."
Menet is playing basketball for Exeter Township Senior and with begin the district playoffs on Wednesday.
