R100 DT Settle talks WVU, VT

It was a big recruiting weekend at West Virginia and there were plenty of major recruits were on hand to watch the Mountaineers take on Oklahoma. Manassas (Va.) Stonewall Jackson Rivals100 defensive tackle Tim Settle was one of the highest recruits to make the trip to Morgantown.
"It was fun," said the 6-foot-2, 325-pound Settle. "We talked about how hyped the game was and how the fans were going crazy. I liked that they didn't give up. You can't underestimate them. I would definitely be the biggest one on the team.

"The coaches didn't really get to talk to us a lot because they were getting ready for the game," he said. "They did ask me when I was going to come join them."
On Sunday evening Settle announced he will take his first official visit to Virginia Tech on September 26.
"When I first visited there I told myself I wasn't coming here," said Settle. "Something tells me to keep going and keep going. I don't know what it is. We have Greg there now but there's something about Virginia Tech that brings joy to our school. I just have a good feeling when I think about the Hokies."
The rest of Settle's recruitment remains murky but he knows where he will take one more official visit.
"Think I'll take official visits to UCLA, Alabama and Penn State but I'm not sure right now," he said. "I've been to some schools enough to the point where I don't need to take an official visit there. I want take an official visit to Oklahoma State and Florida State. Florida State is a definite one but I'm not sure about the others."
Settle will announce his commitment on December 20.
