Quiet QB has plenty of interest

After an impressive junior season that saw him account for over 2,000 yards and 18 touchdowns, Alliance, Ohio athlete Charles Babb is receiving plenty of college interest. Who has been in touch with the 6-foot-0, 190-pounder?
"I'm getting mail from everywhere," he said. "I've gotten stuff from the Big Ten including Michigan, Indiana, Purdue, Ohio State and Iowa as well as other schools like Boston College, Georgia Tech, Notre Dame and Kansas."

Currently Babb has no early favorites, but he does know what he is looking for out of a college?
"I really want a school that provides me with a nice education. I'm looking to go into political science," he said. "I also want someplace I can be comfortable for four years. I don't really care about distance, that isn't a factor for me."
The quarterback prospect plans to head to the Nike Camp at Ohio State this spring.
Babb broke the single-season touchdown pass record as a sophomore breaking NFL Hall of Famer Len Dawson's mark.
