QB Warren claims two leaders

Salisbury (Md.) Wicomico quarterback Wayne Warren still holds the same three Division I offers. However, the 6-foot-0, 197-pounder has confirmed that a new school has entered the fray and is claiming they'll offer soon.
"I've got offers from Syracuse, Stanford, Auburn and Delaware," he said. "Pittsburgh is starting to recruit me really hard. They want me bad at quarterback and are looking at me taking an official. They have said when I go up for that they will offer me."

Although he plans to take officials, Warren isn't sure when they'll happen.
"I know I am going to Pittsburgh for an official and Syracuse probably," he said. "I'll probably schedule those in the next couple weeks."
Asked if Syracuse and Pittsburgh were also his favorites, Warren confirmed that.
"That's fair to say," he said. "I like Pittsburgh because they want me to play quarterback. Plus, it's not too far away from home. Syracuse was my second offer and has been on me day in and day out. They have kept in contact."
The two-star prospect confirmed other schools are interested in seeing his film including North Carolina and Penn State.
Warren has helped his team to a 3-0 record so far.
"I've seen a big improvement in my play this year," he said. "I'm controlling the game even though I'm not passing a lot. Last game I threw four of six for 166-yards. I probably have 300-yards passing on the year and 200 to 300 on the ground."
