“There may not be a lot of publicity for my quarterback yet,” Episito said, “but after the season there will be.”
Ball has an outstanding arm, which will be showcased a lot this fall.
“We are going to throw the ball next season and the reason we will be able to do that is because of Kevin,” Episito said.
Ball only played during the second half of the season and he made most of his opportunities, leading Rancho Verde to a 5-1 record under his guidance.
Ball is a superb athlete who also stars on the Volleyball team.
Rancho Verde is known for its terrific athletic football players. Larry Ned of the NFL Oakland Raiders and Antoine Singfield who is currently on the ASU Sun Devils are just a couple stellar players who have graced the halls of Rancho Verde high school.
Ball is in that category of football player.
Ball is also an outstanding student who is fully qualified and has a 3.33 GPA while taking all AP classes.
Coach Episito didn’t have Kevin’s stats since he is new on the job, but guarantees that his junior stats will be nothing like his senior season.
“I wouldn’t be surprised if Kevin becomes the quarterback sleeper of the year,” Episito said.
Over twenty schools came by this May and are in the secret…
