"I guess you could say I'm leaning toward Florida State." Tallahassee (Fla.) Leon quarterback Wyatt Sexton said shortly after leading the Florida squad to a 40-13 victory over the Georgia all-stars in the annual Georgia-Florida all-star game Saturday in Atlanta's Georgia Dome.
The 6-foot-3, 190-pounder was 9 for 15 passing for 157 yards with one touchdown. Those numbers were good enough for Sexton to be named Florida's Most Valuable Player.
Although Florida State may be leading in the race to sign Sexton, he said, "I’m still going to take visits to North Carolina on Jan 11, Florida State Jan 18 and Auburn Jan 25. I have already visited Illinois on Dec 14 and North Carolina State on Dec 7. I am still going to take all my visits, so I can see what else is out there."
