QB Kafka down to final five
Chicago (Ill.) St. Rita three star ranked quarterback prospect Mike Kafka (6-foot-3, 190 pounds) wrapped up his senior season last weekend, and Kafka is still trying to get past the end of his high school career.
"It was hard on Saturday night to know that I wouldn't play for St Rita ever again," Kafka said. "I'll really miss playing with my teammates as well as playing for St. Rita. It's been a great experience and I'll look back soon and have a ton of very fond memories."

Kafka also is planning to take five official visits.
"I've set an official visit to Northwestern for December 3rd, and I'm planning to take an official visit to Stanford on either January 10th or January 17th. I'm also hoping to take official visits to Florida Atlantic, Toledo and Ball State."
Does Kafka have any early favorites?
"I would still say that both Northwestern and Stanford are my favorites. I'm going to make an unofficial visit this weekend to the Illinois/Northwestern game, and I'm looking forward to seeing a Wildcats game in person. I still haven't counted any schools out at this point however."
