QB Henderson is back on the market

Back in July, Raleigh (N.C.) Southeast Raleigh quarterback Gabriel Henderson committed to Kent State. This past week the 6-foot-0, 182-pounder decommitted and is now on the market.
"I decommitted due to some family reasons and the offensive coordinator left," he said. "A few schools are back in the hunt now. East Carolina, Kansas with Coach Gill along with Appalachian State, Liberty, Elon and Toledo.

"Of those last four, Appalachian State is the only one that hasn't offered."
What are East Carolina and Kansas saying right now?
"I haven't heard anything directly from them, but it's that time of year where people start decommitting. I'm just waiting to see what happens. I plan to wait until Signing Day to decide."
Henderson has already taken four official visits including his latest to Liberty last week.
"I have one more official left and I just have to decide where I will go."
The three-star prospect maintains no favorites at this time.
"It's kind of hard to say because it's crunch time and I'm looking at everything."
Henderson is coming off a big senior season in which he threw for 2,600-yards, 31 touchdowns and seven interceptions. He added 1,008-yards rushing and eight scores.
