QB Challenge Finals: Artur Sitkowski

The Rivals Quarterback Challenge Finals Presented by Under Armour will be Sunday in Baltimore with 12 of the nation’s top signal callers from the 2017 and 2018 classes testing their skill not only against unforgiving immobile targets but also throwing to live receivers in coverage. This week, Rivals.com National Recruiting Director Mike Farrell briefly breaks down each quarterback expected at the event.

Recruiting wrap: Maryland, Rutgers, Boston College and Temple have offered Sitkowski. More offers will definitely come in as he continues to make take more visits and get in front of most coaches.

What I like: Sitkowski is big and, with that size and frame, comes a strong arm. The ball comes out quickly and it gets to where it needs to be in a hurry. He moves well for a bigger quarterback and you can tell he’s just starting to tap into his potential.

What I want to see in Baltimore: Sitkowski is raw and can be inconsistent in his mechanics and throwing motion at times. His accuracy can be hit or miss, so I’d like to see that be a bit more consistent. I am also looking for more touch on his passes on throws that need it.
