Q A with Tyrell Sales

Defensive end Tyrell Sales answered a number of questions the other night.
How did things go your first game this season?
"We lost to Kiski Area 17-10. I had about ten tackles and I returned an interception 60 yards for a touchdown."
Did Penn State call on Sept. 1?
"Yes, they called. It went good."
Why did you select Penn State?
"I felt really comfortable when I was there on campus. I like the coaches. And I like the lifestyle at Penn State. It's like my hometown."
Have you set your official visit to Penn State?
"Not yet."
What school was your second choice and did they also offer a scholarship?
"Pitt was second. They offered too."
The 6-foot-4 and 225 pound Sales, from Butler, Pa., made close to 100 tackles including eight sacks during his junior season. He is the number four defensive end prospect and has a four star rating.
