Purvey has a top three schools

Gainesville, Texas running back Terrius Purvey has three schools at the top of his list as the college coaches have begun calling.
“He has gotten a lot of calls,” Purvey’s mother said. “We direct most of them to his cell phone if they call here. There have been several here though. Oklahoma State called today and Texas called, yesterday, I think. He missed them when they called and he’s a little upset about missing it. I’m sure he’ll get with them soon.”

The four-star rated Purvey is no getting closer to making a decision.
“He’s no closer really,” she said. “He keeps wavering back and forth between schools. Right now, I would say he is between Texas, Texas A&M and Oklahoma State. I do think Texas is at the top of his list right now.”
The 5-foot-10, 177-pound Purvey is the No. 9 rated player in the state of Texas and has accumulated six scholarship offers.
“He has offers from Texas Tech, Kansas State, Texas A&M, Nebraska, Kansas and Oklahoma State. He’s hoping one comes from Texas. Maybe that is what they were calling him about.”
In Purvey’s first game he rushed for 168 yards and four scores.
