Purdue eyeing 2021 Kentucky TE Jordan Dingle

Prior to arriving at Purdue, Boilermakers head coach Jeff Brohm would do his best to keep local talent close to home while at Western Kentucky. Since taking over in West Lafayette, he's continued to mine the Bluegrass State for talent, first landing do-it-all wide receiver Rondale Moore in the Class of 2018 and recently signing four-star wide receiver Milton Wright in the Class of 2019. As it turns out, Brohm and company are already eyeing the next batch of talent in the state, including in his old stomping grounds of Bowling Green. Rivals.com caught up with Class of 2021 tight end Jordan Dingle, who already has offers from WKU and Kentucky, to talk about the Boilermakers and his plans for spring visits.

"I have a feeling Purdue could be my next big offer."

On his familiarity with the staff: "Coach Brohm was in Bowling Green and so was most of his staff so they had a chance to see me when I was young. Once they moved over they kept and eye on me and they're recruiting me. I've gotten to know them pretty well. I have a good relationship with Coach Wallace and Coach Brohm.

On the team's success under Brohm: "They've been coming out with great energy and I believe the way Coach Brohm and his staff coaches allows them to do that."

On Brohm turning down Louisville and others to stay at Purdue: "He's been loyal to his team and he's building something great there and that's why he decided to stay. That shows how much he cares about his players and the program. I will get up there for a visit this spring and go see them again."

On other schools recruiting him the hardest: "Kentucky, Louisville, Alabama, Duke and Tennessee are all recruiting me. I've been to Kentucky and I recently went to Auburn. I'm going to visit a lot of those schools I just don't know which ones for sure yet."
