Pugh says Bama, UF still pushing

Rivals250 and Tallahassee (Fla.) linebacker Jacob Pugh has made it clear that he's committed to Florida State, but that hasn't slowed Florida and Alabama from trying to sway him off his commitment to his hometown school.

Despite already being committed to the 'Noles Pugh worked out on Thursday at Florida State alongside future teammate Kain Daub. He said that while most commits don't participate in camps, he was looking forward to working with his future coaches.
"I just wanted to see what it's like to work with the FSU coaches,' he said. "I hadn't done any drills with them and I wanted to see what they have planned for me and Kain when we get here."
Because he lives in Tallahassee Pugh said he's already building bonds with current Seminoles players and has been using his commitment at motivation to prepare even harder for the next level.
"I want to work harder and get closer to where my future teammates are already at," he said. "Back in the spring when they were practicing I went over there every day and had a conversation with the players or coaches. We're building a good relationship."
