Prunty discusses three favorites

Odis Prunty, one of the top Class of 2010 cornerbacks from the state of Ohio, recently discussed his three favorite schools and why they top his list in an interview with Rivals.com.
The 6-foot-1, 180-pound prospect holds offers from Bowling Green, Central Michigan and Miami-OH. Just one of those schools are in his top three, so that means he's hoping two-thirds of his final leader board warms to him quickly.

"I really like Cincinnati, Central Michigan and Ball State," Prunty explained.
"I like Ball State from talking on the phone with them. They seem like cool guys to be around for the next four years. I have an ex-teammate that went there, too.
"With Cincinnati, I know I'd be in good hands with coach Brian Kelly. I've been down there a lot before and I like it. I liked that it's not too far from home but it's not too close either.
"I've done a lot of research on Central Michigan. I like their athletic facilities a lot. I know they just got a new locker room and it's nice. I've been talking to coach (Mark) Elder from there."
Prunty said he attended a camp at the University of Cincinnati earlier this summer. He believes he performed well, but said the coaches were probably expecting his 40-yard dash time to be a little better than it was. Because of that, he believes he will have to prove something to them when he puts together tape of his first couple of games in his senior season.
