Process moving slowly for Baines

Ronald Baines has been sitting on an offer from East Carolina for a while, and though the Pirates are an intriguing option for him he's still not ready to make a decision.
Baines, a 6-foot, 179-pound corner from Vorhees (N.J.) Eastern, has been having a solid senior season so far splitting time at slot receiver, running back and cornerback. Eastern has not had the best season so far but Baines believe the team is turning things around.

On the recruiting front things have been moving slowly in recent months, but schools are still keeping tabs on him.
"I'm still keeping track with most of the colleges that have been talking to me through the process," he said. "I've been talking to East Carolina, Akron, Bucknell, Temple, Memphis and James Madison.
"East Carolina is my only standing offer at this point. I'm not even sure what other offers might be coming."
Baines visited East Carolina during the summer and had a good time in Greenville. He might soon have some schools to compare ECU to.
"I'm actually gonna take a few visits coming up soon. I haven't decided which ones yet, but I talked it over with my dad this weekend and I'll be taking some soon. We haven't had a bye week yet but we'll have one soon."
Baines went on to say he does not have any favorites at this point.
