Private school player making his mark

Houston The Kincaid School outside linebacker/athlete Anthony Harrison has done his part this summer working out and getting better. Now it’s up to him to just lay it all on the line and show the college coaches what he has.
“Most of the schools are talking to me about seeing me play in my first few games,” Harrison, a 6-foot-2 ½, 215-pounder said.

“I’ve been e-mailing the coaches at Texas Tech, TCU, A&M and a few other places. I’m getting Friday’s tape in the mail to them, and hopefully they’ll like what they see.”
Oklahoma State is also involved, but many others will once they see the new and improved Harrison.
“I feel like I’m going out there this year and playing every play 110 percent,” he said. “I took some plays off last year. I wasn’t in the best shape, and I had to come off the field and miss some plays. This year, they’re going to have to drag me off the field.”
