Rossville (Ga.), Ridgeland, 6-foot-1, 190 pounds: A hard-hitting safety who wowed on the field in 2011, Bell also impressed during his stops on the summer circuit. He anchored the Ridgeland defense last year, recording 119 solo tackles and 180 tackles overall. Without much expected from Ridgeland this year, Bell will lead his team's attempt to exceed expectations. It won't be easy, and an Aug. 31 test against Calhoun (Ga.) could go a long way to show whether Ridgeland will be one-man show in 2012.
