Pressley sets first official visit

Ranked as the nation’s No. 1 defensive tackle and the No. 7 player overall in the nation by Rivals.com, Greensboro (N.C.) Dudley standout DeMario Pressley is a busy man.
Between preparation for upcoming games, doing home work, hanging out with friends, talking to college coaches and talking to reporters there is hardly a spare moment in his life.

But Pressley, who is 6-foot-4 and 285 pounds, said he wouldn’t have it any other way.
“This is what it’s all about,” Pressley said. “I knew it was going to be crazy, and that’s all right. I expected it to be like this.”
Pressley said he’s worked hard to let schools that he’s not interested know that he’s not interested in them. That means telling some of the 50 or so schools that have already called that he’s just going to end up on their campus.
But Pressley is still holding onto a solid group of schools.
“I’m still very open,” he said. “I have a ton of teams that I’m still thinking about. I mean I still like UNC, (N.C.) State, Miami, Florida State, Tennessee, Oklahoma, Ohio State, Georgia, you know about all of the top teams in the nation.”
Pressley said his plan is to begin to line up a few official visits here and there in the next few weeks. He’s already lined one up to Notre Dame on the weekend of October 31 when the Irish play host to the Florida State Seminoles.
“I can kind of see two of my teams that way,” he said. “It’ll be a fun trip.”
Pressley has six sacks in his first three games, helping his team off to a 2-1 start.
