Prep WR favors Hokies, Vols, Pack

Chatham (Va.) Hargrave Military wideout Justin Harper is getting plenty of attention from college coaches these days. So who leads for the 6-foot-4, 205-pounder?
"I don't think he has a leader, but there are three schools who stand out for him it seems," said Hargrave assistant coach Chris Hicks. "I know he'll visit Virginia Tech, Tennessee and NC State. He's also interested in North Carolina, West Virginia and Virginia, but not as much as his favorites."

Harper, who runs the 40-yard dash in 4.45 seconds, is eligible to enroll someplace in January, so a decision has to come by Christmas.
"He'll probably take his three or four visits in December," said Hicks. "And then decide after that. I know the Hokies, Vols and Wolfpack have been recruiting him the hardest it seems."
Harper hails from Catawba, N.C. but proximity to home is not a factor. His coaches were unsure of his statistics this season.
