Ponies pick up safety
According to sources, SMU has added a commitment from one of the better players in Georgia.
Joe Sturdivant of Lilburn (Ga.) Parkview committed to the Ponies this weekend on his official visit to Dallas. However, Sturdivant could not be reached for comment.

Sturdivant apparently picked SMU over Navy and Georgia Tech. He is a 6-foot-2, 185-pound safety that is ranked three stars and as one of the state of Georgia’s top 50 players.
