Pommells still considering visits

The decision process is getting tougher for three-star safety Kitt Pommells out of Paterson (N.J.) Paterson Catholic.
“Recruiting is tough, very tough, because it is really tiring," said Pommells, a 6-foot-1, 200-pounder who can also play wideout. "I only have one official visit set so far."

Currently Pommells has a visit scheduled with Connecticut on Dec. 10 and plans to take all five of his visits. The schools leading for those visits right now are Virginia, Purdue, Rutgers and Maryland. All have offered.
As for the leaders for his services, Pommells lists Virginia and Connecticut.
“The way the coaches handle the team and the way they play with a passion at both schools is great," he said. "UConn is an up-and-coming program where I could play early and Virginia is doing a great job recruiting New Jersey."
Pommells has helped Paterson Catholic to an undefeated season and they are headed to the state championship on Dec. 4.
“My team’s performance is very good, everyone has come ready to play and that has resulted in us winning our games.”
The other visits are still not scheduled yet, but Pommells said he plans on making his commitment by Signing Day if not before.
