Polk staying with the Hoosiers
Milwaukee (Wis.) Vincent wide receiver Nick Polk committed to Indiana early in football season. However after the firing of Gerry DiNardo Polk scheduled January visits to Northern Iowa and Valparaiso.
"I've decided not to visit Northern Iowa or Valparaiso," Polk said. "I'm staying with Indiana. They wanted to to come see how the new coach is. He's a nice guy. He's fired up. He wants to get the fans into it.

"I'm staying with them. I'm all done now."
The 6-foot-0 and 185 pound Polk caught 57 passes and scored 13 times during his senior season. He also intercepted nine passes.
