Plenty of schools interested in Rodgers

Quarterback Matt Rodgers out of Pittsburgh (Pa.) Seton-LaSalle hasn't received the offers that his teammate Gino Gradkowski has, but he is still getting plenty of interest. Who has been in contact with the 6-foot-3, 190-pounder so far?
"Right now Michigan, Indiana, Boston College, Northwestern, Pittsburgh, Penn State, Miami (Ohio), West Virginia, Iowa and others have sent mail," said Seton-LaSalle head coach Greg Perry. "He hasn't named any early favorites, but Matt is a 4.0 student and I know he'll be looking for a school that has a real good academic program and somewhere he'll get an opportunity to play."

Rodgers accounted for 2,350 yards, 27 touchdowns and eight interceptions last season.
"Matt is a very smart, athletic player that has control of the team," he said. "He is very poised in the pocket and his smarts help him on the field as he makes good decisions. He is also a real good kid that comes from a great family and has strong values. He has a lot of character."
Rodgers plans to join his teammate Gradkowski at the Penn State Nike Camp, Metro Index Combine at Pittsburgh as well as summer camps at Michigan, Indiana, Northwestern and Boston College.
