Plenty of schools are eyeing NYs Miller

Syracuse (N.Y.) Christian Brothers safety Jovan Miller continues to hold one offer. The 5-foot-11, 185-pounder is getting plenty of interest from other schools across the Big 12, Big Ten and ACC.
"He has been offered by Syracuse and Rutgers, Pittsburgh, Connecticut, Michigan, Michigan State and North Carolina are on him," Christian Brothers head coach Joe Casamento said. "I think he's got a lot of opportunities, but I think these schools are waiting to see how he does this year. There are a lot of kids like him that have his size and speed."

Currently Casamento claims there are no leaders for Miller.
What is making the three-star prospect stand out?
"He is a playmaker and is an impact player on both sides of the ball," he said. "I believe playing lacrosse this summer helped him greatly with his stamina as he plays fast longer. There's also a confidence and swagger with him that is just starting to show because last year was his first with our team. On top of that, he's a great with that spent some of his summer working in a camp for kids with cancer. He is just a good human being."
Miller's teammate, tight end Stephon Pride is getting looks of his own.
"Mostly Syracuse is talking to him, but he has no offers at this time," he said. "Schools do like him because he's a hard worker and a consistent pass catcher. He still has to prove he can be most consistent."
